Extremely fast response air temp sensor that doesn’t heat soak.
This is one of the newest designs of the Bosch Intake Air Temp sensor.
I chose these because they are good looking and not an ugly giant brass piece with old metri-pack connectors. I feel the GM/AEM solution looks out of place under the hood of modern cars. These provide an nice elegant look and perform great. Open element is replaceable in case of damage and the connector is a nice, modern, black plastic connector.
Optional connector kit includes connector, pins and wire seals.
CAUTION! There are two styles of these sensors on the market. The difference is the connector. One has a blocky connector, like those used on old fuel injectors. Then there is this one, which is the newest style with the smooth oval connector. The connector for these is very hard to find anywhere else, so don’t forget to order the connector with it.
