NEWLY UPDATED (AGAIN!!)
Industry first DOHC EJ Cylinder 4 Combustion Chamber Cooling kit increases coolant flow in the LH head to improve reliability by reducing detonation causing hot spots, reducing EGT delta and improving overall cooling system performance.
Each kit contains:
1x Custom machined and anodized 6061 fitting.
1x Aluminum T
1x Custom Formed NBR hose for universal fitment on all specified EJs
4x GDT custom made 304SS embossed, non perforated, rounded edge worm clamps.
Cooling mods are available from many online retailers: IAG, Six Star Motorsports, MAPerformance, RallisportDirect, Import Image Racing, Subimods and many others carry this modification. If I am out of stock, please feel free to purchase from them.
Fits all years and models except 2010+ LGT. This model will require a 90degree fitting, another 8 inches of hose and 3 more hose clamps.

The original cooling mod should always be the best. As such, I have continually made improvements to the system based on the needs and feedback of the community.
Cooling mod versions:
V1: Silicon hose, 22mm clamps, Zinc coated 12L14 Fitting, Plastic or SS T fitting.
V2: Silicon hose, 22mm clamps, Anodized 6061 Fitting, Plastic or SS T fitting.
V3: Silicon hose, custom GDT 23mm clamps, Anodized 6061 Fitting reduced diameter, SS T fitting.
V4: Silicon hose, custom GDT 23mm clamps, Anodized 6061 Fitting, Aluminum Alloy Fitting (for better corrosion resistance).
V5: Custom formed EPDM Rubber Hose(for better coolant tolerance, better fitment and easier installation), custom GDT 23mm clamps, Anodized 6061 Fitting (further reduced diameter for improved heater performance), Aluminum Alloy Fitting (for better corrosion resistance).
V6: Custom formed NBR (Nitrile Butyl Rubber) Hose(for better oil tolerance, better fitment and easier installation), custom GDT 23mm clamps, Anodized 6061 Fitting (further reduced diameter for improved heater performance), Aluminum Alloy Fitting (for better corrosion resistance).
V5 and V6 look nearly identical, but can be determined by the location of the GDT marking. GDT on the short leg is EPDM, GDT on the long leg is NBR. Both perform perfectly in the coolant environment, but the NBR has higher oil resistance. This change was done to allow this hose to be used for AOS drains as well as the cooling mod.
